岗位职责：

1、 商务投标文件的整理和制作；

2、 商务销售合同的起草及审核；

3、 合同的风险评估及风险管理；

4、 商务合同细节的磋商；

5、 项目合同的商务执行（保函、信用证、协议等事宜的处理）；

6、 通过合同条件和执行确保收款及现金流安全；

7、 合同变更和索赔的处理和管理；

8、 进出口项目合同的处理和风险管理；

9、 外汇风险的管理；

10、商业保险出险的处理和管理；

11、其它：如订单的SAP系统操作，订单及现金流的数据整理与汇报，外汇收付的数据管理与汇报，合同争议条款的法律解读，协调德国总部的合同及合同执行事宜，协调进出口物流事宜，根据工作需要出差与客户磋商等。

岗位要求：

1、语言、国际贸易或法律等相关专业本科；

2、有大型设备项目工作及SAP经验为佳；

3、有财务或法律工作经验或背景为佳；

4、英语听说读写流利；

5、国贸、法律知识；

6、勤奋、正直、阳光、逻辑、喜欢德国文化。
