Responsibilities:

• Support production department from daily work, include:HSE, Quality & Productivity. 
• Learning professional management tools including 5S, OpEx by serial training, and use these tools to improve and optimize workshop. 
• Coordinate with other departments to support production improvements.(Quality problem solving, TPM, cost saving...) 
• Learn production process and production equipment of Voith Paper Operations by rotation in different dept.
• Learn and master the products and process of Voith Paper FRS System
• Learning Voith quality standard and put the standard into practice to improve yield rate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above at chemical-engineering
• Organic/Inorganic material background
• Both oral and written in English
• Good communication skill
• Basic office skills
