Responsibilities：

• Follow company HSE operating rules strictly, use PPE properly. Identify the environmental aspects and safety hazards. Report of near miss promptly.  

• Daily design and process tasks for assigned customers. Process optimization and standardization, continuous improvement on product process and quality stability.  

• Close cooperation with production, quality, application, sales to ensure product performance. 

• Troubleshooting and if necessary visits of paper mills supporting sales in technical questions.  

• Ready and willing to take additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by your supervisor. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and above, master’s degree preferred. 

• Major in science and technology. Paper making and textile engineering preferred. 

• Experience with paper mills or industrial textiles preferred. 

• Both oral and written English required, good communication skills. 

• Good MS office software skills, familiar with ERP system preferred. 

• Capability of data analysis. 

• Detail focused.
