Responsibilities:

• 制作成型网的主生产计划，月度生产计划以满足产能需求和客户需要，合理分配设备产能，将产能利用最大化，并确保生产顺利完成。
• 每天监督跟踪成型网实际完成状况，分析与计划的偏差，并制定追赶计划。
• 发展和改进计划的流程和方法以便更好的发挥生产计划的功能。
• 准备周期性的报告，总结生产状况，效率，订单状况和设备状况。
• 以客户需求为基础，优化生产计划以降低库存。
• 与客服合作，满足客户紧急交货需求，如配合提供交换清单，安排紧急订单等。
• 与客服 / 制程 / 质量 / 设计 / 生产部合作以最大化产能和发货。
• 购买需要进口的内部公司半成品。

Requirements:

• 本科或以上学历,物流或供应链管理相关专业优先
• 2年及以上制造企业生产计划相关工作经验

• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 精通办公软件
• 熟悉微软Power Platform, VBA, Python 或其他编程语言优先
