 Responsibilities:

• Hours booking in SAP system for department members weekly.
• MES data change, and rework order set up.
• PR release/track for outsourcing resource.
• Outsourcing actual hours and cost precision checkout
• Updating outsourcing cost to controlling monthly, hours, cost, hourly rate
• Admin/HR related work: PPE management, Visa support, Transportation organize, site allowance statistics and get approval signature
• Data collecting for employee working time including site and workshop
• Team event organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in related areas.
• Good language skill of English
• Proficiency with MS-office software;
• Team work spirit, relates well to people at all levels.
• Easily establishes good relationships with internal and external customers
