Daily Work:

 

  • Material planning.

原材料计划

    1. Maintain item data base.

基础数据的维护

    1. Analysis historical material consumption.

分析原料消耗

    1. Highlight big consuming deviation and start analysis.

预警异常消耗并分析

    1. Stock checking month end.

月底库存对账

    1. Work out material further consumption through OOH.

根据OOH计算后续原料消耗

    1. Adjust material further consumption through S&OP.

根据S&OP调整后续预测消耗

    1. Submit purchase request order in JDE.

在JDE提交采购需求订单

    1. Maintain purchase order information on local files.

在本地文件维护原料采购信息（订单，数量，价格…）

    1. Pull in and push out material purchase orders based on production schedule.

基于生产计划调整原料到货计划

    1. Keep monitoring sea and air freight transportation.

监控原料的运输及到货计划

    1. Keep monitoring stock level.

监控原料的库存水位

    1. Keep communication with suppliers.

与供应商保持紧密沟通

 

  • Optimization.
    1. Analysis and optimize reports with visualization and convenience driven.

分析和优化报表，以达到可视和方便的目的

    1. Continually optimize MRP calculation.

持续优化MRP的计算方法

    1. Develop based on sales forecast MRP module.

开发基于销售预测的原材料需求模型

    1. Other optimization related.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

本科或以上学历

  • 1~2 years related working experience

1~2年相关工作经验

  • Logistics or SCM background is preferred

物流或供应链管理相关专业优先

 

  • Good logical thinking and learning skill

逻辑思维和学习能力强

  • Positive and proactive communication with both internal and external

对外和对内都保持积极主动的沟通习惯

  • Good English communication skill (oral and written)

良好的英语沟通能力（听说读写）

  • Be proficient in MS office is basic

要求熟练使用微软办公软件

  • Be familiar with MS Power Platform, VBA, Python, or other programing language is preferred

熟悉微软Power Platform, VBA, Python 或其他编程语言优先
