岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 
销售资料整理与归档 Sales Document Management
协助客服部门销售合同、报价单、客户资料、订单单据的整理、核对、录入及归档,保证文件资料完整、规范、可追溯。
Responsible for sorting, checking, entering and filing sales contracts, quotations, customer information and order documents to ensure complete and standardized data.


2. 
日常客服支持 Daily CSR Support
协助客服团队完成日常业务对接,包括客户咨询初步对接、信息登记、需求记录;跟进订单流程、发货进度,同步订单状态至销售及客户。
Support the CSR team with daily work, including preliminary customer consultation reception, information registration and demand recording; track order processing and delivery status, and update progress to sales staff and clients.


任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 
大专及以上在校学生,实习时间稳定者优先。
College students or above, stable internship attendance is preferred.
2. 
熟练使用 Office 办公软件,擅长Excel基础数据整理,具备基本的数据处理能力。
Proficient in Office software, skilled in basic Excel data sorting and simple data analysis.
3. 
工作细致耐心、责任心强,沟通表达良好,执行力强,抗压能力佳。
Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, with good communication skills, strong execution and pressure resistance.
4. 
态度积极主动,热爱销售辅助类工作,愿意学习业务知识,服从团队安排。
Proactive working attitude, willing to learn business knowledge and cooperate with the team.
