Responsibilities:

OTO phase (30%)

  • Liaise with HyService Sales team to develop OPEX business opportunities including site visits for health assessments etc.
  • Prepare the OPEX proposals/solutions to the customers and support to solve technical problems at site.
  • Assist Sales to establish strong customer relationships and maintain a positive customer experience / satisfaction throughout the Sales process, including post sales.
  • Prepare OPEX offers for site activities.

OTC phase (70%)

  • Execute OPEX projects per contract quality and schedule requirements. Coordinate / mobilize OPEX resources per demand.
  • Own the safety culture within the hub- inclusive of contracted partners and customers.
  • Develop and manage local site partners.
  • Make right project planning and closely follow up the plan and every milestone to ensure the on-time delivery/complements of project.
  • Coordinate internally and externally for all the issues handling during project execution.
  • Escalate customer concerns with priority.
  • Attend monthly project review meeting to address project risks and opportunities as well as actions.
  • Control project cost as budgeted, and monitor sales and sales profit as planned.
  • Address opp to improve project EBIT.
  • Sign Change Orders subjected to the projects with notification to account manager.
  • Collaborate with all regional OPEX BC owner and OU HyS team.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure consistent growth of the OPEX hub.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business in the field of engineering.
  • 10 - 15 Years of experience in Hydro Power Field Service / Hydro Turbine or Generator Engineering, preferably with a mix of HyService,--(5+ depending on ability)
  • Ready to work overseas with 30-40% Field Work and 60-70% Office work.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and local language.
  • Frequent travelling and working in dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of Project management is preferred.
  • Computer Knowledge and skills: MS Office, Scheduling, SAP system.
