Responsibilities:
- Support on strategic measures and define KPI to monitor the progress
- Provide data and simulations to support management decisions including investment but not limited to
- Conduct planning and forecast in a dynamic approach for profitablity, cash, headcount and so on
- Continuously improve profitability& Net Working Capital and also ensure the integrity of assets like fixed assets and so on
- Identify and manage risk& opportunies in operative and financial fields to improve profitabilites
- Optimize costing calculation system and align across operating units within FRS China
- Coordinate with GBS accouting to ensure accouting principles and tax policies be complied with
- Ensure the effectiveness of internal control and coordinate internal and external audit
- Conduct Finance Training to non-Finance people
- Be responsible for Compliance of the operating unit
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting & financial, MBA is a plus
- 3-year or above experiences in Financial Planning & Analysis
- 2-year experiences in cost accounting is a plus
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Basis knowledge on IFRS
- AI experience is a plus
