Responsibilities:

  •  Record the price history and work with sales department provide the Quotation per customer' request.
  • Work with sales department and customer, provide the contract to customer.
  • Work with sales department and customer, provide the bidding meeting documents per customer's request.
  • Record all the quotation &contract &bidding data
  • Work with customer & sales department & Application & Manufacturing department about customers claims and provide the settlement to customer.
  • Work with customer &sales department &Application &Manufacturing department deal with the return fabrics
  • Work with operation department / product management department and arrange and adjust the delivery schedule according to the customer's request.
  • Provide finished fabrics list to sales and push customer for the delivery.
  • Provide correct payment record to customer and push customer arrange the payment on time and monitor the account receivable
  • Provide the fabrics data for all the payment to finance department and get it invoiced and settle some relative problems.
  • Work with sales department and provide the sales forecast monthly.
  • Work with Inter-Co CSR, tracking the Inter-Co orders enter and the schedule.
  • Work with shipping department arrange the delivery for the export fabrics and provide the shipping schedule to Inter-Co CSR
  • Work with planning & application &Inter-Co CSR and transfer the relative information between them
  • Work with sales department complete all kind of forms such as Order Cancellation Form\Debt Write off Form etc. and distribute to relative department.
  • JDE system -Relative sales data enter and maintenance.
  • Monthly Report to CSR Manager / Reports upon Request
  • Other assignment by the Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables/ Power Query/Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Digital Skills 
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis using Python/SQL
  • Experience with low-code platforms (Like Power automate, Power Apps)
