Core Responsibilities:

1, Contract and Claim Management;

2, Contract change, claim and counter-claim handling;

3, commercial bidding documents.

4, sales contract drafting and reveiwing;

5, contrat risk assessment and risk management;

6, contract details negotiation;

7, project contract’s commercial implementation (handling of bank guarantee, letter of credit, agreement etc.)

8, to secrue payment and cash-flow by means of contract terms and conditions and its execution)

9, import and export project contract handling and risk management;

10, Foregin exchange risk management.

11, commercial insurance’s claiming handling and management.

Requirements:

• University Degree, Majors in western languages or International Trading or Laws;
• Experience in capital equipment business contract is preferred;
• Fluent in English 
• Knowledge of international trading business;
• Basic Knowledge of laws;
• Fluent in Microsoft office usage;
• SAP knowledge is preferred;
• Diligent, of integrity and logical, and sunny character;
• Conceptual thinking
