Responsibilities:

• Technical proposal clarification

Introduce Voith rebuild proposal to customer

• Specification creation

Be responsible for creating the official technical specification, including product description, scope of supply, delivery limits, reference list, etc.

• Price calculation

Calculate quotation price according to the delivery scope, Voith internal guideline and directives. Be able to track the historical price of Voith own product and solutions.

• Project hand over

After commercial contract signing, prepare for the internal hand over meeting with OTC departments. Be responsible for the successful hand over to OTC.

• Cost feedback tracking

After closing of the project, track the actual cost which happened during OTC, document the analysis result between OTO and OTC phase, provide the evidence for cost model update.

Requirements:

• Master or bachelor degree in paper making process.

• Technical knowledge and several years of experience in the  papermaking process and paper production

• Familiar with PM&Winder machine.

• Experience in dealing with customers

• Familiar with all relevant MS-Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and with modern office communication; Brilliant Presentation Skills

• Good English level.
