岗位职责：

•   和业务团队，工艺工程师合作与甲方业务部门沟通，将业务逻辑转化为技术方案，确保数据准确性及可视化效果理解数据需求
•   帆软报表开发与设计，开发大屏可视化看板，企业级报表，满足财务，运营部门要求
•   利用帆软开发数据输入界面
•   设计和实施数据仓库架构
•   开发ETL(提取、转换、加载)流程
•   优化数据仓库性能和查询效率
•   确保数据质量和一致性
•   利用FineBI进行自助式数据分析，构建数据仓库或数据集市。
•   将帆软产品集成到企业现有系统（如OA、ERP），实现单点登录、权限控制。
•   连接多种数据源（如SQL数据库、Excel、API等

岗位要求：

• 3 年+ 报表开发工作经验
• 用户需求调研
• 熟悉制造业
• 强大的问题解决能力
• 良好的沟通和协作能力
• 将用户需求转换为报告格式的能力
• 精通FineReport（核心）和FineBI，制作交互式报表、仪表盘，支持业务决策
• 精通SQL和数据库管理系统(如Oracle、SQL Server etc. )
• 熟悉ETL工具
• 能够根据客户需求和客户数据执行和链接数据分析的能力
