Requirement:

  • University degree (business, management, technical, chemical)
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing, industrial services company for 6 years with managerial experiences
  • Having special training of 6 sigma, ISO 9001, 14000, leadership
  • Technical skill of fundamental of mechanical & measurement jobs

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Safety & Security:

  1. Primary responsibilities
    1. Develop a regional growth strategy, achieve goal requirements and maintain an agile business plan in line with the Global VP KPI’s for our new Technical Support Services team.
    2. Budgeting, controlling and reporting of results and costs to maximise revenue and profitable earnings (volume, value, RoS and margins within product line in co-operation with VP FRS APAC Sales and Controlling)
    3. Implement and maintain standard price list, report on related price conformity and cultivate price development.
    4. Maintain minimum RoS expectations for your product line in close collaboration with Sales Management, Operations, Technical Management and Application
    5. Execute the most efficient utilization of the personnel, machinery and space to sustain profitable growth (refer to regional growth plan)
    6. Maintain DIH, efficient and effective storage management for your area of responsibility.
  2. Personnel
    (in collaboration with the VP FRS APAC Management)
    1. Develop goals and results driven culture. Develop the spirit of one team one aim.
    2. Lead, educate and to train efficiently the direct report employees based on mutually agreed goals according to the group strategic goals.
    3. Develop a reliable organization for regional Technical Support in APAC
    4. Maintain an efficient organizational structure in agreement with VP APAC
    5. Efficient processes, lean – time efficiency enterprise management
    6. Ensure that global HSE regulations are strictly adhered too.
    7. Ensure Goal Agreement and Employee Dialog are 100% implemented within the team.
    8. Support Technology/Quality Manager fulfil his tasks on demand.
  3. Sales
    1. In line with regional sales team objectives, develop customer base / market for your product portfolio.
    2. Contribute too and execute the regional sales strategy for APAC to include inter-company business and effectively deliver on planning requirements.
    3. Further develop new products and services in collaboration with Operations, R&D and other regions.
    4. Regular contact visits on demand to key customers in collaboration with Sales and in cooperation with VPRK Operations
    5. Maintain customer contact and technical support for Mechanical Rolls Service, covering also the MRS Product Management requirements.
  4. Risk Management
    1. Focus on ’10 Commandments’ of Risk Management in close collaboration with Controller and Commercial Risk Manager based on Voith Risk Management System
  5. Regional Projects and P&S collaboration
    1. Ensure quality of communication and close collaboration “customer first” with P&S (VPJA) and Projects
    2. Promote “Full Liner” collaboration where opportunities exist
  6. Capital Expenditures

Responsible for development and submission investment in necessary machinery and service equipment to fulfil the demands of the market

  1. Quality & Cleanliness

Strictly implement QM documents, ensure delivered products and services comply with the highest level of quality to fulfil customer needs and represent our company in reflecting the company standards towards quality and cleanliness in order to maintain the good reputation of Voith.

  1. Claim handling

Follow Voith regulations according to standard process of VP FRS

  1. Technology Support Department
      1. Supervise and support your team to develop the output and manpower allocation according to VP FRS APAC business plan.
      2. Ensure the cooperation between Operations VPRK and Technology support.
      3. Supervise and support the 5S, QM and HSE activities in your area.
  2. Supply Chain

Cooperate with Supply Chain department fulfil all Quality and Logistic demands

  1. Finance Department

      Cooperate and work together with controller to ensure risk management, capital expenditure, SG&A and NWC topics acheived.

  1. Operations Excellence Activities

Support and drive OpEx activities and goals for Operations VPRK

  1. KPI

Follow up and maintain global Key Performance Indicator figures, together with Operations for Technical Support

  1. Behaviours

Lead by example; maintain at all times Voith standards of behaviour

  1. JV with APP

Fulfill the requested collaboration with Operations in the JV and maintain the business relationship with APP.
