Your tasks
- Overall, the OKR Process Manager support to ensure that the OKRs (Objective Key Results) are used as an effective tool for strategic alignment and target achievement at Voith Paper P&S in Europe
- successful introduction, implementation and optimization of the OKR process at Voith Paper P&S in Europe and focuses on providing training formats for our colleagues and teams, full support of the OKR cycle and support in the implementation of the corporate strategy based on OKRs.
- Work with teams and leaders to support them in defining challenging, measurable and time-bound OKRs.
- Local HR Systems management, control & reporting (Zucchetti & HR1 / Pep)
- Support on employees on boarding / exit processes.
- HR projects support
- HR related admin tasks
your profile
- Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or social sciences
- Experienced with standardized project management methods, with agile instruments and comparable approaches.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent coaching and conflict management skills.
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchies and stakeholders.
- Distinct analytical, conceptual skills, quick comprehension as well as a business-trained mindset and comprehensive understanding of complex issues.
