Core Responsibilities
Marketing (10%)
- Collect HyService oversea market info and customer new HyService demands as well as competitors information, in order to feedback to company market and HyS dept for market analysis and developing product portfolio.
Customer Relationship Management and Sales (70%)
- Maintain and develop customer relationship
- Address new customers and new HyService service project opportunities
- Promote HyService portfolio to customers, influence customers to set right turbine maintenance, retrofit and modernization plan and budget
- Set up right sales strategies and approaches to follow each project opportunity
- Lead, follow up and manage the addressed project opportunities in line with the company requirements of processes and tools
- Collect customer tender documents, prepare the bid documents accordingly, negotiate and sign contracts with the supports from the associated departments
Lead HyService project Offer To Order (OTO)
- engineering, cost collection / optimisation and price making
- Handover contracts/projects to project manager with all the related project documents properly
- Lead customer product issues handling including general consulting, quality issue solving, and accident handling etc.
- Support CMM to fulfill sales activities.
Handle ICC_Service inquiry and quotation
Routine sales job (20%)
- Maintain customer and project info properly and on time
- Follow internal processes strictly, and use all the required tools properly
- Follow, update and report projects info to line manager
- Keep close interaction with VHS BD, Market, engineering, project management team etc
Requirements:
- Mechanical or electrical engineering education background, College degree required
- English: Fluent
- Selling/communication/negotiation skills
- Problem solving
- Can work under pressure.
- Collaborative and be a team player;
