In your role, you will report directly to the Strategic Assistant of the President of the Voith Paper Aftermarket Business.

 

Your tasks

  • Be responsible for the OKR method adaptation, implementation/roll-out at Voith Paper.
  • Actively drive cultural change and support the people involved in the OKR system in fulfilling their role.
  • Lead regional OKR process owners (m/f/d) to ensure regional rollout overall quality of OKR implementation.
  • Provide methodological guidance and support to the involved parties in the implementation of the strategic goals, using the OKR method.
  • Conduct and support trainings and workshops in the organization (e.g. by developing training materials, creating an internal OKR network as well as by training and educating OKR process owners / masters (m/f/d)).
  • Coaching, consulting and supervision of agile teams, their stakeholders and the management as well as the organizational environment.

 

Your profile

  • Proven track record of successful agile transformations, in setting up and managing agile projects of varying size and complexity in global companies.

  • 4+ years of experience introducing of agile methods (OKR method), coaching, and consulting.

  • Experienced with standardized project management methods, with working methods of the OKR method, with agile instruments and comparable approaches.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); German skills are a plus.

  • Excellent coaching and conflict management skills.

  • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchies and stakeholders.

  • Distinct analytical, conceptual skills, quick comprehension as well as a business-trained mindset and comprehensive understanding of complex issues.
