The program gives you the opportunity to find your individual way within our broad business set-up. We offer a varying development journey for graduates (m/f/d) with the ambition to grow further through a dual master's program. Your working areas relate to strategically important and current business issues, including high interaction with other departments and interdisciplinary approaches.
The program consists of an appropriate onboarding in your department, including functional and personal trainings dependent on your individual requirements. According to the job set-up and your interests, job rotations and short-term international trips may be included. You additionally benefit from an experienced mentor, who will ensure a well-suited introduction into Voith as a company.

Your tasks 

  • Become a part of a diversified environment with the goal to independently and autonomously develop a living service cockpit for our large-scale plant engineering services.
  • Within the scope of a stakeholder analysis, compile the requirements for the service cockpit (top-down approach), clarify the data availability together with your colleagues (m/f/d) and integrate this as live data into the system.
  • Always include both costs (actual costs/forecast) and project progress in your considerations.
  • Look forward to intensive collaboration with many exciting interfaces (e. g. controlling, onsite team, etc.).
  • By using both existing basic work and achievements as well as your own initiative and analytics skills, you have the necessary tool to develop a future-proof service cockpit.

 

Your profile 

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, IT or comparable.
  • Ideally initial practical experience in the area of data cockpits.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English and German, as well as a confident handling of MS Office applications. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a passion for working with data.
