The program gives you the opportunity to find your individual way within our broad business set-up. We offer a varying development journey for graduates (m/f/d) with the ambition to grow further through a dual master's program. Your working areas relate to strategically important and current business issues, including high interaction with other departments and interdisciplinary approaches.
The program consists of an appropriate onboarding in your department, including functional and personal trainings dependent on your individual requirements. According to the job set-up and your interests, job rotations and short-term international trips may be included. You additionally benefit from an experienced mentor, who will ensure a well-suited introduction into Voith as a company.

Your tasks 

  • Become a part of a diversified environment and support in the development and elaboration of growth initiatives to implement the Voith Hydro strategy.
  • Look forward to intensive collaboration with exciting contact interfaces and support the implementation of the strategy within the framework of the strategic initiatives in cooperation and coordination with the international teams.
  • Take on the monitoring of strategic projects according the agreed milestones.
  • Play a part in the implementation of anayses for the development of new business areas and poiting out a strategic recommendation for action.
  • Provide assistance in organization regular review rounds.

 

Your profile 

  • Above average bachelor degree in engineering or economics.
  • Experience in strategy consulting or in finance and controlling.
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English both written and spoken; other foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Distinctive skills for analytical thinking and an independent as well as structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills plus high motivation and commitment.
