The program gives you the opportunity to find your individual way within our broad business set-up. We offer a varying development journey for graduates with the ambition to grow further through a dual master's program. Your working areas relate to strategically important and current business issues, including high interaction with other departments and interdisciplinary approaches.
The program consists of an appropriate onboarding in your department, including functional and personal trainings dependent on your individual requirements. According to the job set-up and your interests, job rotations and short-term international trips may be included. You additionally benefit from an experienced mentor, who will ensure a well-suited introduction into Voith as a company.

Your tasks 

  • You take over challenging and exciting tasks in the project planning team right from the start.
  • After familiarizing with the subject areas, you take responsibility for preparing, coordinating and optimizing competitive automation offers for stock preparation lines and paper machines (for complete systems and major rebuilds).  
  • You also take responsibility for preparing technical automation concepts and system layouts, as well as for independent and timely project planning and cost calculation for automation and electrical engineering.
  • Deep insights enable you to take over the preparation of specifications and tendering for hardware supplies as well as engineering services (including technical and commercial evaluation of supplier offers). 
  • Look forward to direct customer contact worldwide, presenting our technical solution concepts, specifications and delivery and performance limits. 
  • Take responsibility and support project management until successful commissioning. 
  • A stay abroad is planned.   


Your profile 

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e. g. mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, etc.) and ideally initial professional experience during an internship.  
  • Good German and English language skills, written and spoken (at least B2 level). 
  • Engagement, enthusiasm, strong communication skills and confident appearance.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
