Tasks

  • You initiate, design and lead projects as part of the Corporate Sales Excellence team
  • Thanks to your projects, sales processes and structures will be systematically optimized and sales growth will be supported sustainably
  • Using detailed process analysis, you will be able to work out optimizations to reduce complexity and increase the quality and speed of offers
  • As part of your role you also act as a consultant for sales teams, assist in the evaluation and development of ideas and contribute to success with own impulses
  • You create a data-driven and customer-oriented analysis in order to identify potentials for process and structure optimization
  • You design proposals for alternative or new sales models in order to sustainably increase customer centricity and customer satisfaction
  • You moderate workshops and trainings with participants from all Voith and thus contribute to a unified, coordinated approach
  • Through your projects and activities you are also actively involved in the further development of the central CRM system (Salesforce.com)

 

Profil

  • You have completed a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • You have gained several years of professional experience in sales or a sales-related environment and have a high affinity for business and sales processes
  • You are used to work in a very structured and analytical way and you do not lose track if projects get complex
  • You have strong communication skills and personal strength and thus you are able to manage even difficult meetings and workshops with success
  • You are fluent in writing and speaking English, German is a plus
  • Teamwork, social skills, commitment, flexibility and assertiveness complete your profile
  • Willingness to travel (10-15%)
