Your tasks

Create competitive offers for automation products and upgrades in the area of the entire paper production line.

Carry out control upgrades and upgrades of process control systems (preferably PCS7), quality control systems with associated sensors/actuators as well as pneumatic/hydraulic control upgrades and integrate these products into existing system architectures.

Develop customer-optimised solution concepts in close coordination with our internal processing departments, clarify technical details and carry out project-specific cost and price calculations as well as initiate technical and commercial risk analyses.

Presentations internally as well as occasionally at customer sites.
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies or technician training in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or in a comparable field with a focus on automation technology.
- Ideally, professional experience in the field of automation of machines and plants and PCS7 knowledge; knowledge in the field of process engineering processes, preferably paper production, is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of English as well as good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
- Motivated approach to customers, suppliers and departments, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team as well as initiative, communication skills and flexibility.
- Willingness for occasional global business trips (10 %).
