Your tasks

• You will be responsible for defining and further developing the global Salesforce target architecture.
• Based on global business requirements and strategic roadmaps, you will design and implement scalable, integrable, and future-proof Salesforce solutions.
• You will continuously develop architecture standards and best practices and conduct architecture and design reviews for the global Salesforce platform.
• You will actively shape the strategic evolution of the global Salesforce landscape across multiple clouds. In doing so, you will drive innovative topics such as Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and integration with ERP systems (primarily SAP and Business Central).
• You will leverage your experience in enterprise integrations and modern API architectures to further develop the platform; knowledge of the SAP ecosystem is an advantage.
• Together with our ERP experts, you will continuously enhance the end-to-end architecture.
• You will provide technical leadership to external implementation partners and actively support international CRM transformation and rollout projects.
• In close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, Enterprise Architecture, ERP experts, and external partners, you will successfully deliver strategic CRM initiatives.
• In addition, you will ensure compliance with architecture governance, technical quality standards, performance, security, compliance requirements, as well as modern DevOps and CI/CD standards.

Your profile

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your profile.
• You have several years of professional experience as a Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or in a comparable architecture role within international corporate environments.
• You possess strong expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce multi-cloud architectures, along with extensive experience with relevant Salesforce platforms and technologies.
• You are highly familiar with modern integration architectures and API-driven system landscapes. Experience with SAP technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), or SAP BTP is an advantage, but not required.
• Your strengths include strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as the ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences, including senior management.
• Ideally, you hold certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.
• Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
