Your tasks
- Drive Total Rewards as a key lever for performance, competitiveness, and business transformation.
- Design and maintain market-driven, performance-based compensation structures and global benefits strategies.
- Ensure fairness, transparency, compliance, and cost efficiency across all Total Rewards elements.
- Establish and govern a globally consistent job architecture as well as global job evaluation and grading systems.
- Conduct market analyses, global compensation benchmarking, and personnel cost reviews.
- Develop and implement global incentive models and manage annual compensation cycles.
- Define global governance, standards, and guardrails while enabling regional flexibility.
- Lead and contribute to global Total Rewards projects and initiatives for continuous optimization and modernization of the HR landscape.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive fact-based compensation decisions.
- Oportunity to drive high-impact global HR transformation topics.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in Business, HR, IT, Statistics, or a comparable field.
- Proven experience in managing global compensation frameworks in complex matrix organizations.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in managing complex projects set you apart as well as strong ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Your confident demeanor, strategic and conceptual thinking, as well as your assertiveness, complete your profile.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as intercultural competence for working with international stakeholders are required.
