Your Tasks
- Develop global training and enablement concepts for CRM and sales processes.
- Deliver role-based training for sales, management, and leadership.
- Drive change management and communication initiatives.
- Measure adoption and define corrective actions.
- Develop and support regional trainers and local champions.
- Build AI literacy and responsible usage awareness in sales.
- Train users on AI-supported CRM features and analytics.
- Enable confidence and trust in data- and AI-driven decision-making.
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Learning & Development, Psychology, or similar.
- Experience in training design, sales training, or change management in an international environment.
- Experience developing role-based learning journeys and digital training formats.
- Strong change-management capabilities and experience supporting global rollouts.
- Experience measuring adoption and defining corrective actions.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM training, sales processes, and digital adoption tools.
- Ability to explain and train features in a simple, user-focused way.
