Your Tasks

• You are responsible for managing and overseeing the assembly of machines and machine groups (electromechanical complete equipment with a focus on generators) in collaboration with construction management, subcontractors, and customers.
• Additionally, you will lead and guide assembly personnel and assembly companies.
• The portfolio also includes technical project support for the components of the respective delivery scope.
• You will continuously document construction progress and deviations, plan proactively in close coordination with other trades and construction management, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• You will implement and monitor adherence to deadlines according to the construction site schedule.

Your Profile

• You have completed technical training or hold a degree as a technician (m/f/d).
• Furthermore, you have many years of experience in assembly, assembly supervision, and ideally commissioning of power plant equipment (specifically generators in hydropower plants).
• Good French and English skills, as well as additional foreign language skills, are desirable.
• You impress with an open and confident demeanor when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other project participants, coupled with cooperation skills, loyalty, flexibility, and resilience.
• We expect a willingness for long-term international assignments worldwide.
