Your tasks
- Drive the iterative design process of products and features from start to finish and be a key part of the associated ideation process.
- Create information architectures, use cases, wireframes, mockups, user flows and interactive design prototypes - based on user research.
- Work on the vision, strategy and conception of value-adding user experiences for applications, products as well as digital services (with a focus on usability and UX).
- Explain complicated issues in a simple and understandable way to your stakeholders - designers, developers, product managers and customers.
- Develop the Voith design system and the UX/UI strategy in close collaboration with global communications as well as product management.
- Communicate and present solutions as well as decisions convincingly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support our UI designers in the development and realization of prototypes.
Your profile
- Successfully completed qualification in Interface Design, Media Design, Communication Design or comparable.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the UX area. Experience with applications from the manufacturing and processing industry is a great advantage.
- A solid repertoire of tools and methods that reliably get you to your goals - and that is constantly evolving.
- Knowledge of Figma and Design Tokens; familiar with the introduction, establishment, and further development of a design system (relevant practical experience is welcome).
- You have a very good command of English, written and spoken.
- Experience in web frontend concepts, CSS, HTML, WebComponents as well as in the creation of interactive designs in the field of software is an advantage.
