Quality Manager (m|f|d) - Snowy Project

Your tasks

  • Ensure that the integrated management system fulfills regulatory requirements in the OU, including specific SNWY project needs, such as relevant standards/norms (e.g. 9001, 14001, 45001) by monitoring, assessing and constantly enhancing VH management system (BMS processes & GDDs).
  • Support activities to standardize & harmonize overall company processes, procedures, guidelines, and standards ensuring compliance with SNWY project-specific guidelines and requirements, including quality KPIs definition, quality reports and documents.
  • You are responsible for manage internal audit processes, including audit execution, reports & actions follow up ensuring that SNWY project requirements are met, as well as support the external audit process.
  • Support the yearly management review based on regular monitoring of defined KPIs and metrics, including SNWY project-specific performance indicators..
  • Train relevant employees on quality methods and standards to sustain requirements and maintain proficiency.
  • Support quality meetings to follow up on overall status & progress.
  • Support the tasks and priorities of the quality department as required and according to skills.

 

Your profile

  • Degree in the field of engineering (mechanical, electrical, material, as applicable) or equivalent.
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management and willingness to leading cross-functional teams.
  • Certified lead auditor (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 19011, VDA 6.3) is an advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of using IT-Tools: SharePoint, SAP, MS Office, database tracking programs and QASC tool.
  • Good lean management background and strong management and communication skills are a plus.
  • Very good knowledge in English, written and spoken, is required. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical expertise as well as a results-oriented, solution-oriented (pragmatic) and customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally worldwide (10 - 25 %).
