Your tasks

  • Collaborate with Project, Procurement and Quality Managers (m/f/d) as well as Dispatchers (m/f/d) to receive critical materials, equipment and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Control of the "status quo" with suppliers (compliance with contractually agreed deadlines).
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and follow up on orders to maintain contract compliant execution with consideration to quality and time.
  • Work closely with colleagues (m/f/d) from Purchasing and Quality to expedite the purchase as well as delivery of critical items.
  • Assist with any supply chain issues or delays that may arise, minimizing impact on project schedules.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of material deliveries, inventory levels and any issues or delays encountered.


Your profile

  • Successfully completed education in a technical profession field and ideally bring an additional qualification (e.g. technician or engineer); we are also happy to give career starters with a very good technical understanding a chance.  
  • Experience in manufacturing or plant engineering and a willingness to be pragmatic and practical.
  • Handling of welded construction, forged parts or casting techniques as well as organizational skills to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time is a prerequisite.
  • Fluent English and good German both written and spoken are required. Other languages such as Portuguese, Spanish and Italian are an advantage.
  • Familiar with the MS-Office applications as well as SAP knowledge.
  • Problem solving skills, effective communication skills and flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel on business (approx. 80 - 90 %) is a prerequisite.
