Your responsibilities:
- You will take ownership of maintenance activities and actively support the implementation of One Voith Salesforce (CRM).
- You will be responsible for tracking quotations as well as coordinating, planning, and preparing customer visits together with the sales team.
- Preparing and structuring relevant information for these customer visits, and providing it to the responsible stakeholders, will be one of your tasks.
- For proactive customer outreach or cold-calling activities aimed at arranging new customer appointments, you will create appropriate customer letters.
- Your tasks will also include translating current sales documents into English and creating appealing presentations for customers, internal purposes, etc.
- You will actively support the organization and preparation of internal training sessions, as well as the preparation of related training materials for the HydroSchool.
- Reviewing assembly reports and creating any necessary follow-up tasks for the team will also be part of your responsibilities.
- In addition, you will prepare spare parts lists and quotations, as well as monthly reconciliations of Salesforce and SAP bookings in coordination with the Commercial and OPEX/Spares team.
- You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas for optimizing processes and workflows and support their implementation (e.g., system functionalities in Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Through close collaboration with various teams, you will gain exciting insights into the areas of sales, service, and project management.
Your Profile
- You are an enrolled student in a technical field with a focus on sales, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in customer interaction, the planning and organization of customer events, or sales-related topics.
- You enjoy both technical and sales-related topics and are motivated to independently manage projects.
- A structured way of working, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset distinguish you.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as experience working with MS Office, complete your profile.
