Your tasks

• Define and maintain the global end-to-end sales process framework.
• Coordinate the Global Process Owner (GPO) network for Sales with GPO from GD’s and Regions.
• Ensure alignment between processes, CRM, and sales excellence methods.
• Govern process changes and deviations.
• Identify and drive process optimization opportunities.
• Support regions and divisions in process implementation.
• Design AI-enabled process steps (e.g. qualification, prioritization), with clear definiton of human–AI interaction points.
• Ensure process transparency and auditability for AI-supported decisions.

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, or similar.
• Experience in sales process design, business process management, or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience defining global standards and governing a GPO network.
• Ability to structure complex E2E processes and ensure cross-divisional consistency.
• Experience with CRM process integration, workflows, and system-to-process alignment.
• Strong analytical thinking and process optimization mindset.
• Experience building human–AI interaction points or designing AI-enabled processes desirable.
• Excellent facilitation skills, especially with diverse, international stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work and influence across Group Divisions, regions, and stakeholder groups.
• Fluent in English, German language proficiency is desirable.
