Your tasks

  • Define and enhance the global sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategy, with emphasis on proactive talent identification, pipeline building, and alignment with business needs.
  • Establish global sourcing priorities, focus segments (e.g., critical roles, skill pools), and a capability roadmap based on strategic workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain global standards, policies, and governance frameworks for sourcing, talent segmentation, pipeline, and skills-based hiring.
  • Ensure global consistency, scalability, and compliance in Talent Acquisition processes across all regions.
  • Drive the integration of sourcing and talent acquisition capabilities into Voith's global skills, workforce planning, and talent management ecosystem.
  • Identify market trends and translate them into innovative, technology-enabled sourcing approaches, including AI-supported and automated solutions.
  • Pilot, drive adoption of, and scale digital platforms and sourcing solutions for proactive talent engagement worldwide.
  • Build and implement Talent Intelligence capabilities, including labor market insights, sourcing effectiveness metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Enable recruiting teams and regions through toolkits, guidelines, playbooks, training, and communities of practice to build global sourcing capabilities.
  • Manage and align key stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring strategic consistency across People & Culture and business functions.

 

Your profile

  • University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position within Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or HR strategy.
  • Strong experience with HR IT tools (ideally HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Expertise in aptitude diagnostics and employer branding campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor governance skills.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing global strategies and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken is required.
