Your tasks

  • Design and further develop global leadership programs and frameworks, ensuring they are relevant for various leadership levels.
  • Create structured development journeys and translate leadership principles into actionable, practical formats.
  • Develop, refine, and manage the global Performance & Growth cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Create and optimize tools and guidelines (e.g., feedback formats, calibration approaches) for effective performance management.
  • Develop engaging toolkits, training materials, and facilitator guides to support leadership and performance initiatives.
  • Build and implement scalable enablement concepts (such as train-the-trainer) to drive capability building across all regions.
  • Explore and implement innovative, AI-enabled learning and development solutions to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee growth.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact, adoption, and effectiveness of leadership and performance solutions.
  • Support the global rollout and consistent adoption of solutions, working closely with GBS and regional People & Culture teams.
  • Collect feedback, analyze market trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement of all solutions.


Your profile

  • Completed university degree, ideally in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong interest in leadership development, performance management, and organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally and interculturally.
  • Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach, with the ability to translate strategy into practical tools.
  • Familiarity with HR IT tools is an asset (ideally HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to drive change in a dynamic, global setting.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken is required.
