Your tasks
- Design and further develop global leadership programs and frameworks, ensuring they are relevant for various leadership levels.
- Create structured development journeys and translate leadership principles into actionable, practical formats.
- Develop, refine, and manage the global Performance & Growth cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create and optimize tools and guidelines (e.g., feedback formats, calibration approaches) for effective performance management.
- Develop engaging toolkits, training materials, and facilitator guides to support leadership and performance initiatives.
- Build and implement scalable enablement concepts (such as train-the-trainer) to drive capability building across all regions.
- Explore and implement innovative, AI-enabled learning and development solutions to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee growth.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact, adoption, and effectiveness of leadership and performance solutions.
- Support the global rollout and consistent adoption of solutions, working closely with GBS and regional People & Culture teams.
- Collect feedback, analyze market trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement of all solutions.
Your profile
- Completed university degree, ideally in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in a comparable role.
- Strong interest in leadership development, performance management, and organizational growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally and interculturally.
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach, with the ability to translate strategy into practical tools.
- Familiarity with HR IT tools is an asset (ideally HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to drive change in a dynamic, global setting.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken is required.
