Your tasks

  • Design and further develop global talent review and succession frameworks.
  • Define methods for talent identification, assessment, and calibration aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and standardize processes for talent reviews, succession planning, and pipeline management.
  • Ensure consistency and transparency of talent processes across all regions.
  • Create clear and practical guidelines, toolkits, and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Support the enablement and training of regional teams and other stakeholders.
  • Drive the global rollout and consistent implementation of frameworks in collaboration with P&C and GBS teams.
  • Analyze feedback and talent data to identify areas for improvement and integrate best practices and trends.


Your profile

  • Completed university degree, ideally in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
  • Several years’ experience in talent and succession management, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing global HR processes and frameworks.
  • Strong project and change management skills with a track record of driving global implementations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and stakeholder enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with talent data and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally and interculturally.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken is required.
