We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Leader reporting directly to the Group CFO to spearhead the set-up and implementation of a "OneVoith" Process house. Major task is the harmonization and standardization of existing process landscapes in close coordination with functional leaders and the different business sectors as well as setting up Voith’s future digital process environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment and integration of processes across all business regions, hierarchical levels and functions.

 

Your tasks

  • Lead and build the global GPO (Global Process Organization), while defining governance for a “OneVoith” Process House.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end process framework that aligns with the strategic objectives of the Voith Group.
  • Drive global process harmonization, standardization and implementation across regions and functions.
  • Promote continuous improvement within the Voith Organization and ensure accountability for outcomes through standardization, digitization and automation.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to integrate processes and implement digital, state-of-the-art solutions for driving process visibility, acceptance, performance measurability (KPIs) and compliance. 
  • Ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements and industry standards. 
  • Work closely together with the lead of the global BCC GBS (Best Cost Country Global Business Service) Hub and support the shift of activities to our best cost country hub in Eastern Europe or India. Some travel to the regions will be required to support the colleagues on the ground.
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and ensure accountability for outcomes.
  • Report directly to the Group CFO (Corporate Board of Management) with regular updates on progress and challenges.

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, IT or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, process management or similar experience in a multinational company.
  • Experience in harmonizing processes and setting up end-to-end performance organizations in a global context is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
