Voith Paper Fabrics Högsjö AB is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Financial Controller to take overall financial responsibility for our Swedish operations. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic membership in the local management team with operational leadership of a skilled finance department.
Operating within a global environment, you will act as the vital link between our three Swedish units and our parent company in Germany. As the Financial Controller at Voith Paper Fabrics Högsjö AB, you hold the overall financial responsibility for our three Swedish units. You lead a team of three and serve as a key member of the local management team, acting as the primary bridge between the Swedish operations and our Group headquarters in Germany. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and coach the local finance team while participating in daily operational tasks.

Financial Control: Oversee budgeting and the full closing process (monthly, quarterly, and annual) according to local and Group standards.

Business Intelligence: Drive product costing and margin analysis to provide solid decision support for the management team.

Compliance: Ensure robust accounting routines, internal controls, and reporting accuracy across all units.

Strategic Advisory: Act as a "Finance Business Partner," supporting and challenging the business to drive profitability.
