For the [Voith Turbo], department [Industry NBS Power & Steel], we are looking for you as a Sales Engineer

Core responsibilities                        

1. Be responsible for Power, Steel new business sales work in South China, including the OEM, DI, Enduser,EPC in the territory. Meet the annul sales goals.

2. Sell POG products, actively and regularly visit Power and Steel DI, End customer, OEM, EPC and build up good relationsip with these parties.

3. Capture project information in early stage, present product and solution to DI/EPC/Owner/OEM and get their support with influence.

4. Develop and reinforce partership with key OEM/DI/EPC/ and third party in assigned territory.

5. Assist China sales Manager and manament to fulfill the POG NB sales strategy in South China.

6. Follow OTO process with AE/Commerical team support and ensure clean order handover to OTC team.

7. Frequent busienss travel up to 60%. 

Professional Experience & Education             

1. University graduate and majored in Mechanical engineering on Compressor / Pump / Fluid Machinery.

2. Pump sales or AE for Power application is preferred.

3. Have pervious work relationship with the main DIs, Contractor and endusers like GEDI, CNPEC, CEEC and PowerChina Group and Steel market .

4. Know project handling of direct sales and new project in Power and Steel.

5. At least 5+ years sales or application engineer experience in direct sales business of mechanical rotating equipment in Power, Steel market.

6. Ability of technical and product presentaion to DIs and Endusers in early stage.

7. Fluid spoken and writen English, can have international business meeting and travel independently.

8. Have attention to details and company direction, good sense of urgency and self motivation.

9. Previous Sales/AE work experience in pump OEM is prefered.

10. Power Design institute, OEM or enduser work experience is a plus.

Specific skills & Knowledge (Ex: Language, IT skills)         

Skilled on MS Office, WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT.

Knowledge of Sales Force/CRM is a plus.
