European Sales Manager (m/f/d) CFRP Prepreg-Stacks

As part of our product launch strategy, we are looking for an experienced international sales person with a solid background in the composites industry to strengthen our European sales team.

 

Your tasks

  • Focus on expanding our customer base, on educating our customers, partners and OEMs on our complex value proposition in an assigned European region.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of regional prospects and customers with focus in DACH, France and UK.
  • Pro-active and systematic approach to creating new leads and opportunities in our target markets (like automotive or aeronautics), as well as participating to industry events and congresses.
  • Contribute to our company’s constant drive to reduce the carbon foot print of our industry by finding and developing new opportunities involving more sustainable raw materials (i.e. flax fibers, bio-resins).
  • Carry out product testing at customers, and holding technical presentations to create customer adoption.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets in the assigned region and create an exponential businessflow.

 

Your profile

  • Engineering background and experience in the manufacturing of composites material.
  • Several years of successful sales development and management experience, ideally with prepreg material.
  • Contacts to relevant decision makers in the target customer groups and region, especially in the automotive and aviation industry.
  • Strong sales instincts, with a proactive approach to sales, incl. a systematic use of our CRM (i.e. Sales Force).
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and English language skills; a good knowledge of French would also be an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Confident, professional and authoritative appearance at all hierarchical levels as well as strong drive and passion to play an active role in shaping the future.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regularly basis.
