Summary:

This posting is for an entry-level production role. Below is a summary of potential job tasks and responsibilities that can be expected. To be successful, you must be able to work safely in a factory environment and achieve consistent results in quality and productivity standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Following health and safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
  • Assembling products and parts.
  • Following production guidelines and specifications.
  • Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
  • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
  • Identify and remove faulty products.
  • Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
  • Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Previous experience working in a factory like setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled setting
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Physical dexterity.
  • Available for shift work.
