Responsibilities:

• Participate in global and regional SAP template and rollout projects
• Collaborate closely with global process owners, key users and global SAP team members to implement user stories
• Provide support for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and CS (Customer Service) for global and regional customers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and/or CS modules
• Solid understanding of SD or CS processes and functionalities in ECC and S/4HANA private Cloud environment
• Basic integration knowledge (e.g. ALE/IDoc, APIs) and UI5/Fiori
• Strong coordination skills across departments and functional areas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to work independently and target-oriented
• Proven ability to work effectively in international teams; fluency in both spoken and written English
