Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic purchase & SQD team to achieve the company target.
• As a project leader to manage the project sourcing process, coordinate cross teamwork, schedule, organize and follow up the sourcing activity
• Commodity strategy builds up and management
• Supplier management, including quality, costing and delivery management, supplier rating and performance review;
• Select supplier according to customer's demand and sourcing policy
• Support quality dept. for supplier audit evaluation
• Contract terms negotiation and management
• Establish good communication with the German interlocutors responsible for technical localization
• Unified purchasing agreement and documentation from all PGs requirements
• Drive localization and global sourcing to support regional development            
• Compliance management of responsible functions
• Ensure that national work safety regulations, environmental regulations and enterprise rules and regulations shall be implemented in the department
• Insist on "Safety first, prevention focus" policy, implement work safety responsibility system and Healthy, Safety and Environmental requirements by all levels during all kind of production and business activities.
• Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering; Master in Engineering or Business preferred
• Minimum 15+ years of engineering experience with progressive responsibilities within mechanical   manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to build networks and work in cross functional environment with different teams.
• Solid ability to use and demonstrate statistical and problem solving tools.
• Automotive industry background
• Experience on IATF16949
• Experience in material cost optimization and design to cost
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong influencing, relationship-building, collaboration and conflict-resolution skills
• MS Offices packages, Navision require
• Problem solving PDCA, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.
