Your tasks

• Key role in shaping the development and commercialization of new digital and electrical products and solutions for various industries.
• Responsible for conducting and evaluating market analyses and preparing business plans (including revenue forecasts) to develop future and sustainable growth areas.
• Development of the above requirements using strategic tools and considering technical product characteristics, business models as well as competitor and customer groups.
• With the support of the marketing department and the sales regions, you will develop and communicate a go-to-market plan and monitor its implementation and execution.
• Create and present the strategic decision templates within the product lifecycle to the top management.
• The development and calculation of business cases as well as the evaluation of KPIs, for example product profitability, are also part of your responsibilities.
• Create product positioning, market messaging and sales arguments for the target segments supporting the interfaces marketing and sales.

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, service engineering and/or an MBA.
• Several years of professional experience in product management or similar functions.
• Already managed a project independently and have project management skills.
• Experience in the mining, oil and gas and/or energy industries is an advantage.
• Very good user skills in the common MS Office programs.
• Very good German and good English skills both written and spoken.
• High social competence and good communication skills.
• Analytical and strategic way of thinking, a distinctive ability to work in a team as well as an independent way of working.
