Responsibilities:

1. Project controlling for large capital equipment projects: monitoring project execution result and making deviation analysis and adjustment, support cross-function identification of actions to address variances.
2. Prepare monthly project review meeting file, and lead the discussion to close the gap to budget.
3. Maintain PM Cockpit to reflect the latest controlling information for all ongoing projects.
4. Ensure smoothly month end closing and deliver management reporting on time.
5. Prepare the monthly project reporting for SteeCo and KGF to present the latest project development.
6. Support internal audit and external audit.
7. Other regular and ad-hoc business analysis for management and decision support.

Requirements:

   1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

   2. At least 5 years professional experience in controlling or FP&A in big manufacturing company

   3. Strategic thinking, creative and a quick learner

   4. Ability to cooperate effectively across departments and regions (due to high degree of interaction with all functions and with German HQ)

   5. Fluent English and good communication skills

   6. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, SAP knowledge is preferred
