Your Tasks & Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the finance team, while managing workloads and actively participating in daily operational tasks.

Financial Reporting: Take full ownership of budgeting, as well as monthly, half-year, and year-end closings. Ensure all reporting complies with local regulations and corporate standards for our German parent company. (Note: We operate on a split financial year ending September 30th).

Product Costing & Analysis: Drive, manage, and continuously develop our product costing processes to guarantee accurate margins and reliable data for strategic decision-making.

Management Team Collaboration: Act as the key financial advisor and a commercially minded decision-maker within the local management team.

Process Optimization: Maintain and improve robust accounting procedures and internal controls across all three Swedish business entities.

Corporate Liaison: Serve as the natural, day-to-day link between the Swedish operations and the corporate headquarters in Germany.

End-to-End Financial Oversight: Maintain complete visibility over everything from high-level business profitability down to the daily flow of orders and invoices.
