We are looking for a recent graduate or young professional with a background in generators, hydro turbines, and high-power electrical machines. Experience is appreciated but not essential, as we offer an intensive training period.
Service engineer
Electrical / mechanical engineering
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of generators, hydro turbines, and high-power electrical machines.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English.
- French and/or German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods (most of the time will be spent at hydropower plants around the world, primarily in Europe)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in installation, maintenance, and repair projects for generators, hydro turbines, and high-power electrical machines at hydropower plants.
- Collaborate efficiently with international teams to implement and optimize technical solutions.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of team activities to ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all activities performed.
- Actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
