A Snapshot of Your Day

You support the Commercial Project Management team in the commercial execution of international large-scale projects by managing guarantees, invoices, and shipping documents. You act as a key interface for customer claims, insurance cases, and SAP-based commercial processes in a multilingual project environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the Commercial Project Management team in the commercial execution of international large-scale projects.
• Manage project-related bank guarantees and sureties.
• Prepare invoices for selected projects in accordance with contractual and internal requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate the necessary commercial documentation for project shipments.
• Support the commercial handling of customer claims.
• Participate in the commercial management of warranty and service assignments when required.
  
  

What You Bring

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience as an assistant (m/f/d) in project work for international large-scale projects.
• Experience working with SAP SD and MS Office.
• Very good German and good English skills; additional languages (e.g. French, Portuguese) are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally to Voith locations abroad.
