Machinist

- 3rd Shift (8:30pm - 6:30am) - Working 4, 10 hour days (Sunday - Thursday)

- Night Shift (6:30pm - 6:30am) - Working 3, 12 hour days (Monday - Wednesday) (Work 36 Hours, Paid for 40 Hours)

Summary:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of CNC and manual machines.
• Inspects and measure’s part to determine conformance to specifications through use of precision measuring equipment.        
• Performs all inspection functions as required by Work Instructions. Notify supervisor of Non-Conformances.
• All other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications/Education:

• Possess good mechanical aptitude.
• Must know how to read blueprints.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge and experience operating some or all of the following machines: Manual bars, Manual milling, Manual Lathes.   
• Must be knowledgeable machining any of the following: stainless steel, carbon steels and/or cast iron.

Physical Demands:

In this role, employees must be able to regularly stand, walk, sit, lift (up to 50 lbs.), kneel, talk and hear.
