General Job Description:

Incumbent will assist several members of the operations team with various systems essential to plant operations. Systems such as safety instruction, quality documentation and procedures, work instructions, and training materials for production employees will expose the incumbent to a variety of different facets within the production environment. The incumbent will support multiple projects through collaboration among production employees and our operations team leaders to effectively update and organize a variety of imperative processes.



  • Support operations team with updating the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training database
  • Collect, organize, monitor, and distribute information related to quality and process improvement functions, possibly including but not limited to documentation of standards and procedures
  • Update and maintain training and process documentation through coaching key users in the database
  • Actively seek best practices to facilitate training to successfully revise training checklists through collaboration with production trainers
  • Seek and gather information from management, production employees, and leadership teams regarding the effectiveness of revised training checklists for documentation of improved job break downs
  • Works with operations team to improve the production process through strategic thinking and applying insight to current challenges
  • Examine, evaluate, and assist with the different plans, designs, and programs for all existing and any new products/equipment in order to ensure that all the applicable safety precautions are being included
  • Cultivate a dynamic library to store updated training materials, work instructions, and any other training materials necessary to support the onboarding of an employee for continuous use



  • Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field with current status of at least a Junior level.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Knowledge of ETQ software is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment
  • Proactive with strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously to deliver on weekly deadlines
