This position will be working through an agency with a possiablity of temp to hire!! 


Job Summary


  • Serves as a first contact for a select account base.
  • Reviews e-mails and takes appropriate action.
  • Serves as a primary backup to others within the department.
  • Responsible for all quoting, pricing and invoicing
  • Accountable for general responsibilities and relationships common to this position.


Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Handles general correspondence and inquiries on a wide array of topics from both paper mill and field personnel in a timely and professional manner for press felts; enters incoming orders and verifies pricing information (at time of order and prior to invoicing); mails acknowledgements, order status reports, and recommendations; takes releases, makes necessary "ship to" changes; reconciles warehouse inventories and balances; monitors inventories of complete felts ordered here and made elsewhere; follows up on potential warehouse damage of product; sends periodic ISO review letters; updates/routes mill name and personnel changes.
  • Reviews necessary e-mails and voicemails any information relative to the position and to establish a familiarity with the account base and field personneltakes appropriate action.
  • Fulfills the duties various other customer service representatives as assigned during vacations and absences.
  • Responsible for all quoting, pricing and invoicing.
  • Accountable to the Customer Service Manager for the proper interpretation and fulfillment of this function; for specific and general responsibilities; for related authority and relationships; and for additional duties as assigned.
