Responsibilities:
-
Develop a general understanding of all Voith Paper stock preparation products and process technology used in the recycling of waste paper.

Work with existing Application Engineers to learn basic operations of stock preparation products used in the recycling of waste paper.

Develop basic stock preparation system flow and mass balances according to specific customer needs.
-
Learn how to perform laboratory testing and analyze the results of paper stock samples taken at customer sites.

Participate in the start-up and optimization of systems sold as required to maintain a thorough understanding of the process.
Qualifications:
-
Enrolled in a qualified educational program for a BS degree in Pulp & Paper Science or Chemical Engineering.

Minimum completion of 2nd year class work with 3 years preferred.

The ability to articulate ones ideas to co-worker and customer technical representatives.

The ability to work in a "team" environment and maintain a "team" spirit.

Self-starter requiring little guidance from superiors.
